Looking for something more than the usual soft play or themed party? Give your child an unforgettable birthday surrounded by nature and the company of our friendly alpacas. Our Alpaca Birthday Event is the perfect mix of outdoor fun and a relaxed, social gathering—creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Your party will begin with a 45-minute Meet & Greet where the children will have the chance to get up close with our gentle alpacas. They’ll learn fun facts about these fascinating animals, have the opportunity to hand-feed them, and enjoy the experience of being around such calm and curious creatures. Alpacas have a natural ability to engage children, making this an exciting yet relaxing way to celebrate a special day.

After the outdoor adventure, the party moves to a private area in our tearoom for 60 minutes of food, laughter, and birthday celebrations. Each child will receive a sandwich box with a choice of cheese, ham, or jam sandwiches, making catering simple and stress-free for parents.

We’ve designed this event with both fun and convenience in mind. The structured schedule allows for a balanced mix of activity and downtime, ensuring children stay engaged without becoming overwhelmed. Parents can relax, knowing that the experience is fully organised, safe, and easy to manage. Plus, if you’re looking to add an extra touch of excitement, a bouncy castle can be included for just £50 per hour.

This experience is ideal for children aged 4-10 years and is available on Saturdays and Sundays only. The event runs from 11:30 AM – 1:15 PM, giving you plenty of time for the rest of your day. The base price is £140 for 10 children, with the option to add up to 5 more at £12 per additional child.

Our terms of service

  • Alpaca birthday parties are suitable for children aged Four and above.
  • All children must be supervised by at least one responsible adult per five children.
  • Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children’s behaviour at all times.
  • The maximum number of children per party is 15.
  • Additional guests (children or adults) may be subject to an extra charge.
  • Please inform us in advance of any changes to the guest list.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to allow for a smooth check-in.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shorter experience, as we run on a strict schedule.
  • All guests must follow the safety instructions provided by our team.
  • Running, loud noises, or sudden movements around the alpacas are not allowed.
  • Anyone who fails to follow instructions may be asked to leave without a refund.
  • If any party attendees have allergies (e.g., hay, animals, or specific foods), please inform us at the time of booking.
  • Guests with underlying medical conditions that may be affected by outdoor activities should consult their doctor before attending.
  • As this is an outdoor experience, all guests should wear suitable clothing and sturdy footwear (no sandals or open-toed shoes).
  • Weather-appropriate clothing is recommended.
  • Cancellations made 14 days before the event may receive a 100% refund of the balance.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations within 14 days of the party.
  • Parties will go ahead in most weather conditions.
  • In the event of extreme weather (such as storms, heavy rain, or severe winds), we may reschedule your party to a mutually agreed date.
  • We may take photos during the party for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
  • Guests are welcome to take their own photos but must not interfere with the experience.
  • Food is provided as part of the party package, please inform us of any dietary requirements at least 14 days before the party.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
  • We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards the animals and staff.
  • Any disruptive behaviour may result in the individual being asked to leave without a refund.
  • While we take every precaution to ensure a safe experience, interacting with animals carries some inherent risks.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the party.
  • By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • If any guests require special assistance, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate their needs.
  • To ensure the safety of the alpacas and guests, dogs and other pets are not allowed at the party.
