Join Santa and his cheerful elves this Christmas for an unforgettable journey through his winter wonderland at Buttercups Tearoom, Leicestershire. When booking, you’ll select a time slot for your adventure – this is your estimated entry time into the winter wonderland. While tickets are sold in five-minute intervals, the entire experience, including your visit with Santa, will last approximately twenty minutes.

Our terms of service

Securing Your Spot - How to Book

Embark on your chosen experience by booking either online or over the telephone on 07931 984097. We advise booking well in advance, especially for weekends and school holidays, to secure your preferred date and time. Remember, each participant requires a booking slot.

Infant Booking - Children Under 12 Months

We warmly welcome infants under 12 months to meet Father Christmas in his magical grotto! While they may be a little young for Santa’s gifts, your little ones can still enjoy the festive atmosphere and capture precious memories with photos alongside Santa.

Please note this experience does not include a present at the end of the adventure.

Changing Plans - Booking Amendments

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help. If you need to adjust your booking, please reach out to us via the contact form on our Contact Us page or by emailing bookings@buttercupstearoom.co.uk, providing at least 48 hours’ notice. When requesting a booking amendment, please include your booking reference number, the date and time of your current booking, and your preferred new booking time. This will help us process your request as efficiently as possible.

Please note that all booking-related inquiries, including amendments, are handled exclusively via email and through our contact form. Our Santa Experience office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm, and a dedicated member of our team will respond to your request during these times. We kindly ask that you do not use the Buttercups Tearoom contact number for booking amendments, as we are unable to process them by phone.

While we will do our best to accommodate booking changes, please be aware that as slots to visit Santa fill up, it may become more difficult to adjust bookings. Rest assured, our Santa Experience team will work with you to ensure your visit remains magical.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please ensure that cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit. Cancellations must be submitted either via the contact form on our Contact Us page or by emailing bookings@buttercupstearoom.co.uk Please note that we are unable to process cancellations via the Buttercups Tearoom telephone number.

All cancellations will incur a £5.00 administration fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you.

Santa Paws Experience – Important Information

To ensure a magical and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all dogs visiting Santa are well-behaved and kept on a lead at all times. The Santa Paws Experience is a shared event for both children and dogs, so maintaining a calm and friendly environment is essential for everyone’s safety and comfort.

If your dog becomes unsettled, we may ask you to step outside briefly to allow them to settle before rejoining the experience. Thank you for your cooperation in making this a wonderful festive event for all!
