Can I cancel my booking?
Please request cancellation at least 48 hours before your visit through our Contact Us page. Our Christmas team will respond by email. A £5 administration fee is deducted from the refund. Cancellations cannot be processed by phone. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.
What should we know before arriving?
Arrive at least ten minutes early for check-in. Dogs must stay on leads and be calm and well-behaved. If your dog becomes unsettled, staff may ask you to step outside briefly.
How many people can join one visit?
Each five-minute slot is for one family group. You can bring any mix of up to 4 children, 6 adults, 2 infants and 2 dogs. Siblings share the same visit; you don’t need consecutive slots.
What does my ticket include?
Child tickets are £18.00 and dog tickets are £18.00, including a visit with Father Christmas and a present. Adults are £2.50 each. Infants under 12 months are £10.00 each. Includes a small, age-appropriate present, different from the larger present included with a child ticket.
Can I bring children and dogs together?
Yes. Santa’s Grotto and Santa Paws use the same Father Christmas and the same diary. Children and dogs in your family can share your five-minute visit.
Can I change the date or time of my booking?
Yes—you can change your booking online up to two times, subject to availability, provided there are at least 72 hours before your booked visit.
To make a change, open your booking confirmation email and click “Manage my booking”, then follow the steps to choose a new date and time. We’ll email you confirmation of your new booking details.
If you can’t find your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder, or contact us for help.
What if I need help before booking?
Please use our Contact Us page for Christmas booking questions, access requirements or help with your visit. Our Christmas team responds by email. The tearoom telephone team cannot assist with Christmas bookings.
